  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 14 days.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at franklordwatches@gmail.com.

8. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
