1. Warranty

Coverage

  • Warranty Period: All Franklord watches come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
  • What is Covered: Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.
  • What is Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case or crystal, changes in the color of the strap, or battery replacement.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact Us: If you believe your product is defective and within the warranty period, please contact us at franklordwatches@gmail.com or call                       +91 9945214526 to initiate a warranty claim.
  2. Provide Information: You will need to provide your name, contact information, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect.
  3. Inspection: We may ask you to send the product to us for inspection. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.

2. Returns

Return Policy

  • Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return your item for a full refund or exchange.
  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Return an Item

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Processing: If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment within 14 days.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges
