1. Warranty

Warranty Period: All Franklord watches come with a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

What is Covered: Our warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

What is Not Covered: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper handling, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs. It also does not cover normal wear and tear, including scratches on the case or crystal, changes in the color of the strap, or battery replacement.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Provide Information: You will need to provide your name, contact information, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the defect.

Inspection: We may ask you to send the product to us for inspection. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost to you.
2. Returns
Return Policy

Return Period: Returns or exchanges are accepted within the same day of delivery.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that Diamond watches, Made-to-order watches, and Watch straps are not liable to return.
Refunds & Charges

Defects: If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or damage, we will handle the replacement/refund at no cost to you.

Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): If you wish to return a watch without any issue or manufacturing defect, the following charges apply:

Shipping: The customer must bear the shipping cost.

Bank Charges: A 5% deduction will be applied to the refund amount to cover payment gateway charges.
