The Secure Delivery Protocol (Mandatory Unboxing Video)
Your Franklord timepiece is a premium investment, and we take its safe delivery seriously. To protect you against any third-party courier mishandling and to ensure a frictionless resolution, a continuous, uncut unboxing video from start to finish is strictly mandatory.

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and display the watch’s condition upon arrival.

Claims for transit damage or out-of-the-box defects cannot be processed without this uncut video evidence. This protocol guarantees absolute transparency and ensures we can provide immediate support for genuine claims without any delays.

Coverage Period: Depending on the model, your watch is covered by either a 1-Year or 2-Year Warranty(please refer to the specific product details page for your watch's exact warranty duration).

What's Covered: This protects you against any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.

What's Not Covered: Damages caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, water damage beyond the watch's rating, or unauthorized repairs.
Our "Pristine Timepiece" Promise (Returns & Exchanges)
When you unbox a Franklord watch, you are the first and only person to wear it. To maintain this strict standard of hygiene and exclusivity, we never restock or resell "tried-on" watches.

Defect-Only Returns: We accept returns and exchanges ONLY in the rare event that your watch arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or transit damage (verified via your mandatory unboxing video).

Because we guarantee brand-new inventory for every customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind or personal preference. * To process a defect-related return, the item must be reported on the day of delivery, remain unused, and include all original packaging and accessories.
