ByFranklord Is Now Franklord: Here's What Changed
If you've shopped with Byfranklord before or you've landed here after searching "is Byfranklord the same as Franklord" — here's the short version: Byfranklord and Franklord have merged. Same company, same team, same watches. Just one brand name going forward.
We're writing this post to clear up any confusion and walk you through exactly what's changed, what hasn't, and where to find the watches you're looking for.
Why We Merged Byfranklord Into Franklord
Byfranklord launched as a companion initiative to Franklord — built to offer accessible, everyday quartz watches alongside Franklord's automatic collections. In practice, having two separate brand names for one company created more confusion than clarity. Customers weren't always sure if Byfranklord and Franklord were related, whether warranties carried over between the two, or which site to shop on.
Rather than run two identities that answer to the same team, we've folded Byfranklord's product range into Franklord. One brand, one catalogue, one place to reach us.
What's Changing
- The Byfranklord product range now lives on franklord.in, alongside Franklord's automatic collections.
- Product pages, pricing and availability for these watches are now managed directly on the Franklord website.
- Going forward, all new affordable quartz launches will also be listed under the Franklord name.
What's Not Changing
- Your warranty is fully honoured. If you bought a watch from Byfranklord, your warranty terms remain exactly as promised at purchase, nothing is void or reduced because of the merger.
- Support contacts remain the same. Reach us at support@franklord.in or +91 9869130175 for any order, warranty, or product query — whether you bought from Byfranklord or Franklord.
- Order tracking, returns, and exchanges continue as per the original policy you purchased under.
- The watches themselves are unchanged — same specs, same craftsmanship, same pricing tier.
Franklord Still Offers Both Ranges
To be clear, this merger doesn't mean Franklord is "going affordable." Franklord continues to offer two distinct lines under one name:
- Franklord Automatic Collections — luxury mechanical watches (Optimus, Sovereign, Majestic Aura, Diamond Collection, and more)
- Franklord Everyday Collections (formerly Byfranklord) — accessible, well-made quartz watches for daily wear
Both are made with the same attention to detail and backed by the same warranty promise — just designed for different moments and budgets.
